The Process Cost

Embodied Energy + Noble Materials

We focus on noble materials. In a design sense, one could use the metaphor of whole foods. What would our great grandparents build with? What materials are sourced with minimal environmental impact or capable of being derived, transported refined without toxicity, in a regenerative production model? What has no waste?

Our fine foods + goods are featured in VT's welcome centers

pure Vermont maple candy

Northern Vermont flavors

Our wildcrafted salted maple butter lollipops and hard candies are lovingly made in small batches with our own wood-fired pure Vermont maple syrup and local Vermont organic sea salted butter on a golden birch twig from our mountain orchard. They finish with the unusual and delicious flavor of wintergreen mint, which naturally occurs under the bark of the golden birch tree.

You can now find these sweet small batch treats locally in Northern Vermont if you know where to look, and we ship worldwide.
